Volume Salons Policy
Cancellation Notice
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 12 – 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment so that our stylist have the opportunity to re-fill the opening.
Waiting List
We understand that sometimes we may not be able to get you in at your desired day and time so take advantage of our waiting list; in the event the time becomes available we will contact you right away.
Our Guarantee
We want to make sure our guests are 100% satisfied. If you have any concerns with your service, you have 7 days from the date of service to come in for an assessment and any corrections. Product charge may apply.
Product Returns
Hair Care Products
Any hair care products must be unused and in original packaging for exchange or refund and must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Hair Brushes
Hair brushes must be unused and in original packaging for exchange or refund and must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Electric Hair Tools
All electric hair tools are final sale however if for any reason the tool malfunctions please bring back for exchange.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards may be used for services or product purchase. Remaining value on a gift card can be applied on future visits. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

There is ample free parking in front of the salon.
